Jeri Davis, MBA, President

Jeri founded Jeri Davis International Healthcare Consultants & Recruiters in 1989, and has assisted hundreds of behavioral health companies and professionals to develop marketing capabilities. Ms. Davis’ areas of expertise include strategic partnership, acquisition identification, strategic marketing plan development, executive recruitment, new product development, succession planning, customer service sales training, market research, competitor/industry trend analyses and marketing implementation support. Ms. Davis has authored two books, Marketing for Therapists, published in 1996, and Marketing for Behavioral Healthcare Organizations: What Works and How to Do It, published in 1998.

Donna Bernstein, MPH, Sr. Consultant

Donna Bernstein is a highly experienced consultant in healthcare business development, management, executive recruitment and sales and marketing. Ms. Bernstein has held senior officer positions in corporate for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare companies for nearly 25 years. Her professional experience in business development, strategic planning and marketing uniquely qualifies her to help companies accelerate growth in the near term, and sustain growth over the long term. Due to her substantial experience in the sales and marketing arena, she is highly adept at recruiting top sales and marketing talent.

Charles Ray, MED, Advisory Team Consultant

Charles served as President of the National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare for over fifteen years. He has served in management positions in community-based behavioral organizations, acute care med/surg hospitals, startup and turnaround management projects and numerous provider sponsored behavioral health startups and turnarounds. In addition to being a Principal at Criterion Health, he serves as a board member on numerous national organizations, and is treasurer of the World Federation for Mental Health. His in-depth regulatory knowledge, coupled with his experience in government relations, managed care, and primary and behavioral healthcare integration is critical to the JDi team.

Matthew Weinstein, Advisory Team Consultant

With almost 30 years experience in executive management and operations in the healthcare industry, Matthew Weinstein brings a depth of expertise to JDi’s advisory team of professionals. Serving as a consultant on Board development, coaching and operations projects in coordination with JDi, Mr. Weinstein is a proven professional in the design and implementation of turnaround programs to improve profitability and market value in the managed care area. He is widely recognized and respected for maintaining the highest standards of ethical business practices in the healthcare industry. Mr. Weinstein is a graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
