She is an expert in behavioral health strategy, executive search, and strategic planning. Ms. Davis is the author of two books on behavioral health marketing and speaks and consults nationally for such organizations as the National Association of Behavioral Health, C4 Recovery Foundation, as well as for-profit and not-for-profit behavioral health systems across the US and internationally.

Wendy Peace – Director of Communications / Client Services and Operations Strategist
Wendy is a uniquely diversified corporate administrator who brings productivity and enthusiasm to any environment. Her array of managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills impart credibility to three decades of experience in corporate America and throughout the world. These attributes coupled with a strong desire to excel as well as solution driven resourcefulness ensure all JDi jobs are moving on time and on point on a daily basis. Aida Porras, MBA - Behavioral Health Consultant
Aida is a Senior Behavioral Health Consultant at JDi. Prior to joining JDi she worked for a large consulting firm as a Senior Associate responsible for business development and behavioral health consulting. She has held executive positions in both corporate for-profit and not-for profit organizations. Ms. Porras has over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, strategic planning and sales team development. She brings executive search firm expertise to her role at JDi.
